Regole di Scopone Scientifico

Scopa variant for 4 players (2 teams). Teams sit at opposite sides of the table.

Deal: all 40 cards are dealt (10 per player). The table starts completely empty.

Turn: played like Scopa — one card at a time, capturing by sum or matching value. Clearing the table scores a scopa. Communication between partners is not allowed.

End of hand: when all cards are played, the hand is scored. Points are calculated as in Scopa (cards, coins, settebello, primiera, scope). The team with most points wins the hand.

Match: usually played to 21 or 31 total points.
